Financial Planning partners with Best Companies Group to identify registered investment advisory firms that focus on creating outstanding work environments for their employees. The program recognizes firms that demonstrate strong leadership, thoughtful workplace policies, and a positive employee experience across all levels of the organization.

To be considered for the award, firms must meet specific eligibility requirements, including having a U.S.-based operation, a minimum of 10 employees, with at least one year in business. The selection process consists of a two-part evaluation that reviews workplace policies, practices and demographics, along with an employee survey measuring engagement, training, benefits, satisfaction, and overall experience. Best Companies Group manages the survey process, analyzes the data, and determines the final rankings.
