JFS Wealth Advisors is delighted to announce that Sean Gibbon, CPA/PFS, CFP® CEPA, has been named a Young Leader of 2025 by the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
Sean Gibbon joined JFS in 2016 after completing an internship with the firm. A keen learner, he quickly earned his CPA and Series 65 licenses, followed by the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) credentials. Sean is a key figure on the Business Growth and Transitions team, where he works as a Wealth Advisor focusing on wealth management, business value assessment, and business growth and transition consulting.

The Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) was founded in 1897 and is the second-oldest CPA organization in the United States. With nearly 20,000 members, it is the largest CPA association in Pennsylvania. Its mission is to serve, support, advocate, and provide resources to the CPA community. The 2025 Young Leader Award recognizes professionals under 40 who demonstrate a commitment to the accounting profession through PICPA or community volunteer activities. Those nominated and selected for the 2025 award were all born on or after January 1, 1985. No compensation was paid directly or indirectly to obtain or market this award.
