– Deal adds key advisors to leadership team, expands firm’s East Coast footprint into Atlanta –
HERMITAGE, PA – May 20, 2021 – JFS Wealth Advisors, LLC (“JFS”), an independent wealth management firm with offices across Pennsylvania and in Naples, Florida, today announced a definitive agreement with Integer Wealth Advisors Group, LLC (“Integer”) to join forces and expand East Coast operations.
Integer, an integrated wealth management firm with offices in greater Philadelphia and Atlanta, Georgia, will become part of JFS, effective July 1. Founded in 2005 by Tom Foglia, CPA/PFS, and Sam Paglioni, CIMA®, Integer offers financial planning, investment advisory, and tax preparation services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
The firm’s decision to join JFS, which has a history of successful mergers, was driven by a desire by Integer’s founders for a viable succession plan and identifying the right cultural fit to expand its client service capabilities.

JFS will grow to 75 employees with the merger and expand its footprint and capabilities in the Philadelphia region and in the Southeast. Integer adds $310 million in assets under management (AUM) to JFS, which currently has approximately $3 billion in AUM before the merger.
