As an Operations Systems Specialist, Anna sets up new accounts, ensures data integrity, performs due diligence on software enhancements, and prepares audit reports.
Before joining JFS, Anna worked as part of Community Cares Partners in Oklahoma, assisting families experiencing eviction issues. She is also a former pre-Kindergarten teacher, where she honed her many skills in multi-tasking, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail. Her education sector experience helped her develop the communication skills essential for providing good customer service.
Outside of work, Anna loves reading and spending time with her family. Fluent in Greek, she enjoys traveling to Greece to visit her family and friends.
