As Operations Manager, Kristin is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the firm’s strategic goals and initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience in financial operations, including working with other RIA firms and an independent broker-dealer, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational strategy. She is also actively involved in the firm’s use and implementation of financial technology (FinTech) solutions to enhance workflows and support scalable growth.
Kristin works across the firm to build strong relationships between teams and support day-to-day operational needs, including workflow coordination, process improvement, and client service support. She helps drive consistency and efficiency by aligning resources, improving communication, and supporting firm-wide initiatives.
In her spare time, Kristin can be found reading, crafting, and spending time with her husband, son, and their two golden retrievers.
