As Wealth Advisor, Austin works closely with clients and coordinates financial planning, tax planning, development of personal financial plans, and investment strategies.
Austin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from Youngstown State University (OH) and minored in Economics with Statistics. He is licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance for the State of Ohio and has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. In 2025, Austin became a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA™) professional and joined the Business Growth & Transitions team.
Austin joined JFS in 2019 after fulfilling a college internship with the firm during his spring semester. Prior to joining JFS, he also completed internships with MassMutual and Sherwin Williams.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys lifting weights, golfing, spending time with friends, and watching sports — especially the Dallas Cowboys. He serves as Vice President of Mahoning Valley Young Professionals and is a member of both the Mahoning-Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council and the Mahoning-Shenango Valley Exit Planning Chapter. In 2025, Austin was selected as a nominee for the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals’ 25 Under 35. No compensation was paid to obtain or market this award.
