As Operations Manager, Kristin is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the firm’s strategic goals and initiatives. She also works closely with our team of Client Relationship Specialists to help achieve optimal quality and efficiency.
Kristin brought with her 12 years of experience when she joined JFS in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Compliance Officer and HR Manager for FEIC Financial, Inc. in Youngstown, Ohio, where she was responsible for company policy and supervision. Kristin was also the Assistant Operations Director for an independent broker dealer for several years.
In her spare time, Kristin can be found attending her son’s activities, reading, crafting, and spending time with her dogs. When it’s time to get away, Kristin and her family mark the occasion with an annual family vacation — usually on the water somewhere!
