As Human Resources Manager at JFS, Gina is responsible for talent management, retention, and employee engagement among the firm’s HR functions.
Prior to joining JFS, Gina held positions at CCL Container, Noise Solutions, Inc., JMC Steel Group, and Winner Holdings. Gina received a Bachelor’s Degree from Youngstown State University (OH), majoring in Management with a minor in Human Resources, Accounting, and Economics. She also holds the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR) certification.
Outside of work, Gina is an active member of the Lady Scout’s where she fulfills the role of Volunteer Coordinator. In addition, she is a member of Hermitage Civil Service and the Western Reserve Chapter an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Gina lives in Hermitage with her husband and their family where she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, or preparing a delicious family dinner!
