As Receptionist and Operations Specialist, Melanie is responsible for answering phone calls, performing specified administrative tasks for clients, and providing friendly front-desk assistance to our Hermitage office guests.
Prior to joining the JFS team, Melanie worked for 2.5 years as a receptionist and scheduler for Dr. Stein’s office in Hermitage, PA. Before that, she spent ten years working at Sharon Regional Physicians Services, now Steward Medical Group, as a medical biller for Cardiology. She also previously worked for the Mercer County Community Federal Credit Union for ten years, first as a teller, then office supervisor.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going for walks, attending concerts, and traveling.
